Universal Air, a Maltese low-cost airline, announced flights from Pécs International Airport to Corfu, Munich and Malta this March. The first planes had already taken off from the Pécs-Pogány International Airport. A local bus company announced direct and free airport shuttles from Pécs to the local airport approximately 10 kilometres away.
Based on a local news outlet, Tüke Busz Ltd. is beginning a new service. From 26 March, they will launch direct shuttles to the Pécs-Pogány International Airport. The buses will start from the downtown of the Southwest Hungarian city and will carry passengers on Tuesdays and Fridays to and from the departing and arriving planes.
The buses will have multiple stops between the airport and Pécs’s train station (Főpályaudvar). Passengers can travel on the buses for free with their luggage.
The buses will keep a timetable granting passengers enough time for administration and luggage check-in. You may find the detailed timetable in THIS article by scrolling down.
